Preparation method:

  1. Bring 6+ cups of water to boil.

  2. Fill the included cotton bag with 1/4 cup of your herbal blend. Secure bag with drawstrings.

  3. Add bag with herbs to boiling water.

  4. Boil for 10 minutes and allow to stand for 10 minutes before use.
